FORMATION OF THE NON-OIL SECTOR OF AZERBAIJAN THROUGH THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the modern market economy. The state not only complements and corrects the action of the market in a socially oriented economy, but is also the most important mechanism that ensures the social orientation of the development of a market economy. It also reflects the essence of long-term concepts that form the basis for stable and sustainable development of the non-oil sector, which has taken a course towards expanding and diversifying work in this direction. The article indicates the reforms adopted and implemented since the formation of Azerbaijan as an independent state, related to its multifaceted capabilities, accompanying the comprehensive growth of the economy, both at the micro and macro levels.
