Abstract
There are specified key aspects of Information and Telecommunication systems (ITS) load balancing. Considered work peculiarities of the systems witch are using multiprocessor servers and multi-core processes implementation. Analyzed distributed information systems technology, constituents of security estimation are conducted from external influence. Construction algorithm of classification is offered to information and telecommunication systems. The load distribution model of network in distributed information systems built on the basis of corresponding mathematical model. Efficiency of this system functioning is shown during work of the information and telecommunication system infrastructure while it’s in the emergency state. Created technologic complex of security estimations for the difficult distributed information and telecommunication systems in the conditions of cyber threat. Developed testing and estimation algorithm of cyber threat signatures determination in mathematical model and was tested on the network resources of the information and telecommunication system.
