FORMATION OF THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT CONCEPT IN WARTIME CONDITIONS

Abstract

The relevance of the study is that the concept and specifics of crisis management in wartime, taking place in Ukraine, should be given great attention since war is a tragedy of the modern world society, affecting its future development. The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics and develop the concept of crisis management in wartime. Objectives of the study: 1) to formulate the concept of crisis management in wartime; 2) to develop directions for improving the concept of crisis management in wartime; 3) to reveal the possibilities of eliminating the negative impact of the crisis and improving the mechanism of sustainable development of an enterprise; 4) to find out the main tasks for an industrial enterprise to overcome the crisis situation during wartime. The object of the study is the concept of crisis management as a complex social and economic phenomenon. The subject of the study is the formation of the concept of crisis management in wartime. Methodology of the article – methods of system analysis and synthesis, structure and function, institutional, which contribute to the development of the crisis management concept in wartime, which will help enterprises to overcome the crisis and come to a stable functioning of enterprises. Results of the study: approaches to defining the essence of crisis management, crisis phenomena arising in the activities of companies have been systematized; the basic principles and directions of crisis management have been analyzed; specific environmental factors that arose during the spread of full-scale military aggression in Ukraine have been identified. The author substantiates the need to form a system of crisis management in order to ensure the financial stability and security of enterprises and create prerequisites for further sustainable development. The government should create a concept of crisis management and a mechanism for responding to emergencies in the field of industrial production in wartime. The practical significance of the study is that the development of the concept of crisis management will help Ukrainian enterprises to overcome the crisis and embark on the path of sustainable development.
