Abstract
Positronium formation cross sections for the n=2 level in e+-He scattering have been calculated using a distorted-wave model. Total positronium formation cross sections ( sigma 1s+ sigma 2s+ sigma 2p) have been compared with the most recent measurements of Fornari et al. (1983) and Charlton et al. (1983).
