Abstract

The article considers the possibilities of creating a mechanism for ensuring competitiveness for a large bread factory with increased attention to its personnel, property (resource), production and sales, and organizational subsystems. The principle of building a scheme for a comprehensive assessment and ensuring the competitiveness of a bread factory with basic parameters and indicators is shown in the example of "Khlib-Trade" LLC. The main parameters and indicators of such an assessment are named. A step-by-step scheme for the development and implementation of an innovative competitive strategy for this enterprise based on the developed matrix of its SWOT analysis is presented.
