Abstract

In the paper, the questions of a possibility of human resource management, educational process in the “school-higher education institution-production” system, promoting formation of leadership and professional skills for the purpose of increase in efficiency of production in transport are considered. Some theories of leadership and the international experience are considered as a basis of a possibility of training leaders in modern conditions. The necessity of the transition to the preparation of the content of the complex of scientific and methodological support for schoolchildren, students, young professionals, focused on their successful professional self-determination in the implementation of Federal state educational and professional standards and industry specificity is substantiated. The attention is focused on involvement of initiative youth in administrative process, an axiologization of content of scientific and methodical support of educational routes of students in the course of professional orientation work and vocational training, and also programs of professional development of workers, decrease in economic and pedagogical risks. Ensuring unity of the main components of scientific, educational, and production processes is possible only on a valuable basis of individualization of scientific and methodical support of professional self-determination, adaptation of young specialists in new conditions of integration into digital economy in order to create innovations.
