Abstract
One of the methods to improve the quality of practical training of specialists is the using of simulation technologies. Simulation training in medicine is the latest technology for obtaining knowledge and assessing the degree of mastering practical skills and competencies, which is based on modeling close to reality, simulating a clinical “case” using training models of varying complexity and realism [3, 4]. The article describes the introduction of the training module “Respiratory therapy in severe pneumonia” in the training of residents, anesthesiologists-resuscitators in the specialty “Anesthesiology and Resuscitation” using the “TestChest” dynamic human lung model simulator system in the Bashkir State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
