Abstract
Isochronal annealing of plastically deformed Cu + 5 at.% Ge alloy is studied by positron lifetime and annihilation lineshape measurements. The continuous recovery of the annihilation characteristics below the recystallization is attributed to the formation of germanium atmospheres arounf dislocations.
