Abstract

Through geological mapping, drilling, geophysical exploration, laboratory experiment and numerical simulation of Sichuan Pingzi Group, Oya Township, Muli County, Liangshan Prefecture, the environmental geological conditions and material structure characteristics of the landslide area in Jinsha river are ascertained, and the genetic mechanism of the landslide is analyzed, the safety coefficient of the landslide is calculated quantitatively, and the stable state is evaluated. The results show that under the action of earthquake, the ancient landslide is in the basic stable-unstable state, the construction of a super-large bridge in its leading edge must meet the safety savings of the project. Some suggestions for the site selection of Jinsha River Bridge are put forward.
