Abstract

Theoretical and practical issues of forming and managing a team, or a small group, of software developers, are considered. Methodological and practical aspects of using the course "Group Dynamics and Communication" to form the basis for successful adaptation of future professionals in the team, taking into account cultural, linguistic, geographical. The decomposition of the team formation process is carried out, the initial conditions and output results at each stage are determined, the main tasks to be solved in the team formation process are formulated and it is expedient to include them in the student learning process. Criteria for assessing the factors influencing the team formation process are proposed and substantiated. These criteria should be used to assess the content and learning outcomes of students in the courses "Group Dynamics and Communication" and "Professional Practice of Software Engineering". Figs.: 1.
