Abstract

Scientific and educational information today has become an important strategic asset and, like other important sources, requires protection from adverse impacts. The issue of protecting such resources is primarily related to the assessment of the importance of information, since measures and means of protecting sources of information should be closely related to the price of the protected source. This article classifies the criteria that characterize the importance of sources of information in science and education. Also, proposed a fuzzy correspondence model and a method of expert evaluation of sources of scientific and educational information. The purpose of the research is to develop methods for assessing scientific and educational resources and providing recommendations for their effective use, taking into account the subjective assessments of experts and the situations in which the user is.
