Abstract

Based on the speech of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 5, 2023, the main threats to the Kyrgyz statehood and national security are named. Under such circumstances, today's legislative initiatives to exclude investigative functions from the prosecutor's office in the absence of any need justified by objective indicators and without an objective analysis of the activities of the investigative work of prosecutors are perceived as an attempt to sabotage the constitutional institution, designed to protect the rights and protected by law. interests of citizens, society and the state.
