Abstract

The paper presents principles of the formalization of the organization theory in the form of a mathematical theory of some class problems. The axioms of the theory are given, describing the fundamental conditions which have to be satisfied by each plan of aimed activity. On the basis of such presented theory of organization, a class of problem-oriented languages for organizing problems called orgplan has been constructed. The syntax and semantics of these languages have been specified. The semantics of an orgplan language is directly connected with a method of generating the mathematical model of a problem on the basis of description of the problem in an orgplan language. orgplan languages are the input languages of information-decisive orgplan system. The main aim of this system is to determine the organization on the basis of a description of a decisive problem.
