Abstract

The present article approaches the German Dual Education System, its composition, implementation and results, by showing developed cases in other countries and its influence in the world´s educational systems. Education is a key factor for every country’s development, market productivity and economic growth, being the adequate design of their educational systems, from basic to higher levels, very important, providing functional vocational orientation before reaching professional formation. It is approached through an explicative non-experimental research, the Dual system´s development and impact in juvenile unemployment in its home country, as well in cases from Mexico and their results. This article responds to the Professional Formation adequation to labor market real needs, educating competent professionals for an active contribution in industry areas, public and private, bringing recommendations and conclusions about its future application in Mexico.
