Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of linguistic - legal study of products of speech activity that have signs of spreading false information - slander. The author's technique (parametric triangulation) is presented, which can be used when conducting the corresponding forensic expertise. The essence of the technique is the combination of the parametrization method and the principles of triangulation. The expert work algorithm includes the establishment of parameters that identify an offense committed verbally and their further study, a feature of which is the use of several methods to solve one task. Comparison of the obtained results makes it possible to increase the reliability and visibility of the procedure for special study of language material, as well as to minimize the risks of making an expert error.
A model for using the methodology in conducting a forensic linguistic study of a text for the presence of signs of slander in its content is presented: identification parameters (factual content, object structure, type of information, information dissemination channel) are determined and a set of methods for their expert study is substantiated.
