Abstract

The paper provides an analysis of the statistics of clean-up operations on pipelines of the south-ern group of Perm krai fields, and the calculated values of the temperature in the inner wall of the pipeline. Laboratory studies on determining the intensity and the rate of organic deposits formation at different times were carried out on the "Cold Finger" installation in the laboratory of "Oilfield Chemistry" of the Research and Educational Center for Geology and Oil and Gas Fields Development (REC), Perm National Research Polytechnic University. Based on the laboratory data, it is to be noted that the studied parameters are nonlinear functions of the soil temperature. It is also confirmed by the correlation between organic deposits formation rate and cleaning interval within the year. However, the prediction of changes in cleaning interval based on laboratory studies is labor-intensive and low accuracy. Therefore, the software module of the hydrodynamic simulator "Engineering Simulator" was developed. Its work is based on the field data, calculations, laboratory studies and the value proposed by the authors - the relative cleaning interval. The introduction of this parameter will permit to predict the cleaning interval behavior and rate of change based on laboratory studies and modeling in "Engineering Simulator".
