Forecasting the Hebei Province Model of Foreign Trade of the Eco-Environment Based on GA-BP Neural Network

Abstract

Along with our country foreign trade considerable development and international competitiveness increasing enhancement, the environment question is prominent actually day by day. The paper selected the data of the foreign trade and industrial waste discharge from 1998 to 2009 to establish the Hebei Province prediction model. It shows that GA-BP neural network had higher accuracy, tolerant and excellent generalization ability about ecology environment. It provides a guidance to forecast foreign trade environment.
