Abstract
In this study, we us the standard Box and Jenkins methodology to build a forecasting model for short-term electricity consumption in Burkina Faso. Using data from 1999 to 2019, our model predicts a 6.9% increase in electricity consumption in 2020 compared to 2019. In addition, the series will follow the same trend along with the seasonal variation.
