Forecasting Development of Hybrid Rice Breeding through S-Curve Model and Community Analysis in Complex Networks

Abstract

Hybrid rice breeding is one of high-technology in agriculture. This breeding technology effectively protects world food security. Using s-curve and community analysis in complex networks, development of hybrid rice breeding are explored. Results indicate that two branches of hybrid rice breeding will get to saturation between 2080’s to 2090’s in this century.
