Abstract

Background/Purpose: Pediatric stroke, with 300 cases per year in Germany, is a rare disease and the cause is often unaccounted for. We report on 2 patients in whom we diagnosed a cerebral vasculitis and their follow-up including cranial MRI, lumbar puncture and transcranial duplex sonography.
