Abstract

Considering the growth of needs on food products in households’ correlates and linear with the growth of the population of Indonesia, many households are having problem with monitoring and managing their goods or food product stocks. This paper proposes a system that can tackle this problem, using the model of Internet of Things (IoT) and combining multiple autonomous sensors, such as infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor and load cell, to monitor each households’ food product. The output of the machine is data that will be displayed on user’s phone, in order to help user’s monitor the amount of food left on their storage.
