Abstract
In this work, a solar oven with automated two axes sun seeking system was designed, constructed, and operated. The results of experiments on globular solar oven with automated two axes sun seeking system, under Jordanian climatic conditions, in a typical winter day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, show that this system can raise the inside temperature of the pot with water volume of 3.1 L from 15 °C to 100 °C during 25 min. This type of solar oven was used for preparation of different meals and heating of water.
