Abstract
While Shannon Day worked in the emergency communications department at Syracuse University for 16 years, “‘No' was never an option. I had to find a solution [to whatever problem we faced]. Grant funding is similar,” said Day, who now works as Grants Development Consultant at Grants Office, LLC, a consulting firm.
