Abstract

The optical vortex is introduced into the incident Gaussian beam by a vortex lens. Then the beam with the optical vortex is focused by a lens. By changing the position of the vortex lens we can shift the optical vortex position inside the focused beam. We discussed the relation between vortex lens shift and optical vortex movement inside the focused beam. The influence of optical system errors on this vortex movement is also discussed.
