Abstract

Previous work with fragile X syndrome suggests that women with FMR1 premutation (CGG repeats of 55-200) have higher FSH and lower AMH. Reproductive consequences of intermediate CGG repeat size (45-54) are unclear and studies have not analyzed IVF outcomes. Low repeats (<26) are associated with poorer IVF outcomes. Our objective was to analyze a broad range of CGG repeat lengths and ART outcomes in an IVF population.
