Abstract
In this paper, a Green's function satisfying free surface condition, which is more suitable for solving potential flow problems, is improved, proposed and applied to FMM-BEM to solve the problems of large amount of calculation and long calculation time in the traditional boundary element method. The results show that the FMM-BEM method is more efficient than the BEM method in hydrodynamic analysis of large-scale structures.
