Abstract
In this report we have studied Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer between Acriflavine (Acf) and Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) quantum dot. CdTe quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Spectroscopic characterizations revealed the formation of a FRET pair consisting of Acriflavine (AcF) as donor and CdTe quantum dot as acceptor having energy transfer efficiency 39.5%.
