Abstract

Rapid, high throughput measurements of biomolecular interactions are essential across medicine and bioscience, from genetic disease studies to drug screening and vaccine development. For example, de novo antibody development against SARS-CoV-2 during a pandemic requires iterative computational design and experimental testing of hundreds of thousands of candidate antibodies against mutating virus proteins, all within days to weeks. Here we present a platform aimed at production and in situ binding measurements of thousands of different proteins.
