Abstract
We have recently observed autoradiographically the benzodiazepine facilitation of [ 3 H]GABA binding to cryostat-cut slide-mounted rat brain sections (Bristow and Martin, 1989). Since cryostat-cut sections are arguably less disrupted than homogenised membranes, we chose to use this technique to study the effect of flunitrazepam on the [ 3 H]GABA equilibrium binding parameters
