Abstract

A technique has been described for processing denture bases with a fluid resin in a rigid, friable mold. The method requires no specialized equipment such as metal flasks or a hydrocolloid conditioning apparatus. The technique eliminates the time-consuming step of sorting and replacing artificial teeth in a hydrocolloid mold. As with any denture processing technique, meticulous attention to detail is the prime requisite of a satisfactory result.
