Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical features of fungal infection in patients with hematopoietic diseases and observe the therapeutic effect of fluconazole. Methods The clinical datas of 32 cases of hematopoietic diseases with fungal infection treated by fluconazole were collected. The patients were divided into two groups:one was shallow fungal infection (group A),the other was deep fungal infection (group B),and the clinical effect of fluconazole in the two groups was observed. Results The effective rate of fluconazol in group A and group B was 100%, 55% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Similarly, there was statistical difference between group A(100%) and group B(42.9%) in the eradication rate of fungi by fluconazole. Conclusions Fluconazole was effective and economical in treating shallow fungal infection. However, different antifungal agent should be choosen according to the condition and etiologic features of the disease in deep fungal infection.
