Abstract

Expansion of conventional dendritic cells via FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 agonism has promising therapeutic potential in the treatment of advanced solid tumors. In this study, we discuss the results of a clinical trial using GS-3583, an FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 agonist, that was stopped after a patient in the study developed acute myeloid leukemia.
