Abstract

A generalizable flow synthesis method for producing single- and mixed-metal oxide materials is presented, and a library of metal oxide materials is synthesized using atypical metal-organic precursors. Furthermore, annealing temperature effects on band gap and composition are explored, and unusually low perovskite phase transition temperatures are observed.
