Abstract

Self-similar solutions are obtained for the problem of the motion of a heated gas through a porous medium with allowance for heat transfer between the gas and the solid phase in accordance with Newton's law. It is shown that there exist flow regimes in which the gas temperature increases with distance in the direction of motion.
