Abstract
Resumo Gnetaceae é uma pequena família monotípica de Gimnospermas com aproximadamente 40 espécies do gênero Gnetum de distribuição pantropical. Na FLONA Carajás, são registradas três espécies de Gnetum: G. leyboldii e G. schwackeanum, exclusivas de formações florestais, e G. nodiflorum, registrada em canga. Para G. nodiflorum são apresentados descrição detalhada, ilustrações, distribuição e comentários morfológicos.
