Abstract

A case of bilateral upper urinary tract papillary transitional cell epithelioma is reported. Retrograde ureteropyelography with films taken during retrograde and antegrade flow of the contrast medium (flip-flop phenomenon) helped to establish the diagnosis of a papillary ureteral lesion.
