Abstract

ABSTRACT The subject of this article is the analysis of manufacturing flint in the Corded Ware Culture, using examples of chosen archeological sources from site Wilczyce 10. This site is located on Sandomierz Upland and it was discovered in 1994, during the field survey carried out for the Archeological Picture of Poland project. This analysis included flakes, blades and tools. First two categories of finds come primarily from the production of rectangular- sectioned axes. The tools were most often made of flakes, less frequently made of blades. Date 14C which was obtained from sample of charcoal for object 11 is 3895 ± 30 BP(Poz-91046).
