Abstract

Few layer graphene (FLG)–multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) hybrid films were prepared using the hot spray technique. In order to increase the connectivity between FLG species, multiwall carbon nanotubes with high aspect ratio were applied. Much higher percolation inside the hybrid was observed, compared to the mono-material films (FLG or MWNTs). The “conductivity of transparency” value was almost 50 times higher for the FLG–MWNTs film than that for the FLG alone and the sheet resistance is 15kΩ/sq at 86% of transparency for this hybrid.
