Abstract

A method is presented which uses mechanistic models to solve soil-wheel interface problems. The advantages of using an analogue computer in this type of analysis are pointed out. An example of a Filonenko model loaded by a simple triangular distribution is worked out and the resulting curves on the X-Y plotter are shown for this case.
