Abstract

A flexible cellulose/collagen/graphene oxide film was synthesized for triboelectric nanogenerator. The effects of GO contents, motion frequency of external mechanical energy and load resistance on the output performance of the cellulose/collagen/graphene oxide based triboelectric nanogenerator (GO-CC-TENG) were investigated. Under the external mechanical energy motion frequency of 1 Hz, the GO-CC-TENG with 0.5 wt% GO has the best output performance, and its short circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Voc) and charge transfer (Qsc) are 0.75 μA, 91.4 V and 28.7 nC, respectively. In addition, when the load resistance is 400 MΩ, the maximum power and the power density of GO-CC-TENG is 196 μW and 31.36 W m−2, respectively. It is noted that the GO-CC-TENG can be used to light up LED lights and cathodic protection.
