Abstract
A survey of Equisetum species found in British Columbia showed that they all contained flavonoid di- and tri-glycosides especially those of kaempferol and, to a lesser extent, those of quercetin. Three other minor flavonoids were identified as gossypitrin, herbacitrin and apigenin-4′-glucoside.
