Abstract

This project, has been purposed of compare to the multiple-choice item test format, short-answer test format and true-false test format which are developed for measuring the same learning outcome. Those test formats are known objective test formats used for writing test formats at the physics education and purposed of establish correlation among the tests for the impulse and momentum subject. The same learning outcomes and these three different sort of measurement formats which had been applied 32 senior students who attends on the science class 10-C in Kecioren Kalaba High School during the second semester of the 2003-2004 educational year. As a result; between the shortanswer test format and multiple-choice item test format which are applied for impulse and momentum subject was found significant correlation.
