Abstract

This paper is concerned with the fixed-time stability of delayed static neural networks, where the effects of uncertainty, impulsive disturbances and infinite distributed delay are fully considered. By using Lyapunov function, fixed-time stability theorem of impulsive dynamical systems and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), two novel controllers are designed to ensure the fixed-time stability of the addressed system. Finally, two numerical simulations are given to illustrate the validity of the theoretical analysis.
