Abstract

Background and Aims: Modern antihypertensive therapy is a rational combination of drugs that allows not only to achieve the target level of blood pressure, but also to reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications in patients with comorbid pathology. To study the effect of fixed combinations (FC) of antihypertensive therapy on the 24-hour BP profile, LV myocardial remodeling in hypertensive patients with obesity (O) and dyslipidemia (D).
