Abstract
Endoscopic brow lift is a well-accepted procedure for rejuvenation of age-related brow ptosis. Although the technique of endoscopic brow mobilization is established, a consensus has not been reached on the best method of brow fixation. This article describes and categorizes the various techniques of endoscopic brow fixation and discusses pertinent anatomic considerations.
