Abstract

We report the case of a 34-year-old man, who presented hectic fever and arthralgia, and a few weeks later hypereosinophilia and moderate axonal multiple mononeuropathy of the upper limbs. A typical pulmonary sarcoidosis was found four months later. The relationship between these two syndromes is discussed.
