Abstract
Russia has proposed to expand cooperation in the field of scientific research, including the assessment of fishing stocks of African States, which will make it possible to develop recommendations on rational and efficient fishing. «We are heading for the growth of trade turnover and fishing, cooperation in the scientific and technical field and modernization of infrastructure. The main goal is to support the development of the fishing industry and the economy of Africa as a whole on mutually beneficial partnership terms».
