Abstract

A 38-year-old woman Gravida 6, Para 0 was referred with oligomenorrhea and secondary subfertility. A diagnostic hysteroscopy revealed dense intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) at the cervical isthmus, lateral uterine walls, and in front of both tubal ostia. Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis was performed using a Versapoint resectoscope, restoring the normal cavity. Hyaluronic acid (HA) gel was injected as an adhesion prevention barrier. A 6-month follow-up diagnostic hysteroscopy revealed recurrence of dense IUAs.
