Abstract
The reaction of cyanuric chloride and two disubstituted derivatives with [Pd(PPh 3) 4] is described, leading to the trans-triazinyl complexes [(PPh 3) 2Pd(C 3N 3R 2)Cl] 2a–c (R = Ph ( a), t-Bu ( b), Cl ( c)) in good to excellent yield via oxidative addition. The complexes were fully characterized including X-ray structure determination.
