Abstract

Cu<sub >2</sub>ZnSnS<sub >4</sub> (CZTS) has attracted much attention recently as an absorber layer material in a heterojunction solar cell. Using the first-principles method, we calculate the band offsets for the CdS/CZTS heterojunction.
